Privacy Policy

In short: Clean Photos does not collect, send or sell any data. Your photos never leave your iPhone.

This policy applies to the iOS app “Clean Photos: Similar & Dupes” (the “app”).

No data collection

The app does not connect to the internet. It has no servers of its own.
There are no accounts and no sign-in.
There are no analytics, ads, tracking or third-party SDKs.

Photo library access

The app asks for access to your photo library to find duplicate and similar photos and videos. All analysis runs on your device. Photos, videos and their analysis results are never uploaded or shared.

The app deletes photos only when you confirm it. Deleted items go to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where you can restore them for 30 days.

Data stored on your device

To work faster, the app keeps on your device:

scan results, so the next scan does not start from zero;
a list of items you deleted with the app;
your settings, such as the matching level.

This data stays on your iPhone. It is removed when you delete the app.

Purchases

The Pro purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email or payment details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the payment.

Email

If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you and do not share them.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
